Healthcare Plan

The Healthcare Plan gives cash grants for you or your dependant child when receiving some form of medical treatment.

Who is it for?
Anyone under 60 who is in good health and who lives in the United Kingdom may apply for membership.

What are the benefits?
There are 20 Generous benefits in the Healthcare Plan. These are:
• Dental (member and child)
• Optical (member and child)
• Out Patient
• Day Surgery (member and child)
• In Patient (member and child)
• Recuperation (member and child)
• Maternity
• Physiotherapy, Acupuncture, Osteopathy and Chiropractic
• Consultancy
• Surgical Appliances
• Home Help
• Chiropody
• Homeopathy
• Health Screening
• Accidental Death
The cash grant for each benefit is proportional to the amount you pay.


How much will it cost?
You can pay from 50p to £3.00 a week, in multiples of 50p.

Examples
The benefits shown below are for members who pay the maximum contributions of £3 a week:

• Dental - up to £180, dependant child up to £180
• Optical - up to £180, dependant child up to £180
• Out Patient - £15 a day
• Day Surgery - £60 a day, dependant child £18 a day
• In Patient - £60 a night, dependant child £18 a night
• Recuperation up to - £360, dependant child up to £180
• Maternity - £240
• Consultancy - up to £360
• Surgical Appliances - up to £180
• Home Help - up to £600
• Physiotherapy, Acupuncture, Osteopathy and Chiropractic - up tp £840 (75% pay back)
• Chiropody - up to £150 (75% pay back)
• Homeopathy- up to £150 (75% pay back)
• Health Screening- up to £110 (75% pay back)
• Accidental Death - £7500
